• Proficiency with GAAP and project-level financial reporting.
• Ability to establish and monitor internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting practices for construction and development accounting per U.S. GAAP.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis with FP&A and tax teams.
• Lead or support system upgrades and cost analyses for projects.
• Supervise accounting staff and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial visibility and reporting.
