Job summary

Mt. Carmel Stabilization Group, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Controller to lead the accounting function for its construction businesses. The role focuses on financial integrity, reporting under US GAAP, consolidations, and internal controls, while guiding a team through modernization and process standardization.

You will partner with FP&A, Operations, and Corporate Finance to deliver timely statements, support acquisitions, and strengthen treasury and risk management for profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with U.S. GAAP financial reporting.
• Experience managing financial audits and multi-entity accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations for construction businesses.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting under U.S. GAAP.
• Manage month/quarter/annual close processes and reconciliations.
• Oversee A/P and A/R; improve cash flow and collections.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support acquisitions, integrations, and intercompany accounting.
