PANHANDLE CLEANING & RESTORATION, INC. is expanding its construction and design division in Wheeling, WV, to deliver remodeling and addition projects with a strong emphasis on design and accurate estimating.

The role involves meeting clients to discuss design ideas, preparing bids and estimates, and selling projects to owners for residential and light commercial work, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and basements.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating all types of jobs and using industry estimating software.
• Experience reading plans and specs.
• Must have ability to use computer estimating software and construction knowledge is a must.
• Experience in the industry is a plus.
• Design experience is needed to help clients conceptualize their dreams.
