Kitchen and Bath Center in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a Designer/Outside Sales professional who blends strong design aesthetics with a team-first attitude and a proven ability to drive results.

You will travel to pre-set appointments in the FW B region to assess spaces, guide homeowners through design options, and close on-site with professional proposals. Base salary starts at $35k with uncapped commissions and a benefits package after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales experience in home remodeling or design.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for daily travel.

Key Responsibilities

• In-Home Design: Travel to pre-set appointments in the FWB region to assess kitchen and bathroom spaces
• Consultative Selling: Guide homeowners through design options, material selection, and project scope
• Closing: Deliver professional proposals using our sales software and utilize strong closing skills to secure contracts on-site
• Teamwork: Work with our internal team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales experience required (Home Remodeling or Design background preferred)
• A sharp eye for kitchen/bathroom trends, spatial planning, and interior aesthetics
• A documented track record of meeting sales goals and the ability to confidently close the deal
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle for daily travel to appointments
• Proficiency with Marketsharp CRM or Salespro, or other similar programs, is a significant plus
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional, customer-facing presence
