Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of engineering/design management or capital project delivery.
• 2+ years of leading multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
• Experience overseeing third-party architecture and engineering firms.
• Strong understanding of engineering design, procurement, construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design activities from concept to issued-for-construction packages.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners to deliver constructible designs.
• Lead design reviews, resolve technical issues and risks throughout project execution.
• Partner with construction, procurement, operations, and project collaborators to align engineering work with milestones.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to improve design coordination and project execution.
