Micron Technology is seeking a Construction Engineering Design Manager to lead engineering design execution for major semiconductor facility projects at the Clay, NY campus. This individual-contributor role provides technical leadership and oversight of external architects, engineers, and matrixed project teams to ensure constructability, quality, and on-time delivery from concept through construction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years in engineering, design management, facilities/ construction engineering, or capital project delivery.
• 2+ years leading multidisciplinary teams or consultants in a matrixed environment.
• Experience overseeing third-party architecture/engineering firms or design partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering design activities from concept to construction packages.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external design partners to deliver safe, constructible designs.
• Lead design reviews, resolve technical issues and manage design-related risks.
• Partner with construction, procurement, operations to align work with milestones.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to improve design coordination and project execution.
