Position Details

Compensation: $110k-$150k plus commission and benefits.

Role Overview

As a Construction Department Manager with SERVPRO Beverly Hills, you will manage all aspects of the construction department, ensuring high-quality service and meeting profitability goals. You will oversee various functions across all construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee profitable operation of the construction department and ensure client satisfaction.
2. Manage the construction team and assign leads to Estimators and Project Managers.
3. Ensure project schedules and budgets are met.
4. Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope of work requirements.
5. Maintain proper documentation for each project, including photos, contracts, change orders, etc.

Position Requirements

1. 5+ years of construction management experience.
2. High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
5. Ability to meet production goals and maintain profitability.
6. Effective written and oral communication skills.

Skills and Physical Demands

1. Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat.
2. Ability to walk and stand for long periods, including driving, sitting, climbing.
3. Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
4. Exposure to loud noise levels at jobsites.
5. Ability to pass a background check as required by law.
