Position Details

Compensation: $110k-$150k plus commission and benefits.

Role Responsibilities

As a Construction Department Manager at SERVPRO Beverly Hills, you will manage all aspects of the construction department, ensuring high-quality service and meeting profitability goals. Your responsibilities include overseeing various functions across all construction projects.

• Manage profitable operation of the construction department and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead the construction team and assign leads to Estimators and Project Managers.
• Ensure project schedules and budgets are met.
• Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and scope requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation for each project, including photos, contracts, and change orders.

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet production goals and maintain profitability.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

Skills and Physical Demands

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, including driving, sitting, and climbing.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
• Exposure to loud noise levels at job sites.
• Ability to pass a background check as required by law.
