Qualifications

• AS/BA/BS in business, marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years sales/marketing/business development experience within Waste Services or B2B with heavy Commercial Sales focus.
• Demonstrated consultative and solutions-based selling skills.
• Experience with negotiation, bid responses, contract management, forecasting and reporting.
• Experience with sales generation, client interaction, negotiation, account management, forecasting, pricing, and sales closure.

Responsibilities

• Develops maximum sales volume and profitability within defined territory.
• Maintains a list of qualified temporary C&D opportunities.
• Builds and maintains relationships with drivers, operators, customer service, and accounts.
• Develops and executes short- and long-term market and sales plans in coordination with managers.
• Drives acquisition, retention, and renewal of contracts with customers and staff.
