Job summary

NEFCO is a construction supply company in Indianapolis seeking a non-CDL Driver to join our local delivery team. You will perform pre-trip checks, load and unload at contractor sites, and maintain inventory accuracy while providing timely, courteous service.

The ideal candidate is 23+, with 2–5 years of experience driving 24’ and 26’ commercial vehicles, able to work Monday–Friday starting at 5 am, and capable of lifting 50+ pounds in varying weather conditions. We offer benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Experience driving 24’ and 26’ commercial vehicles.
• 2–5 years of driving commercial vehicles.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Current, valid Medical Card.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-trip inspections of vehicle, equipment, paperwork, and loaded product.
• Make deliveries to customer job sites/home offices with a company vehicle.
• Load inventory on truck and unload at customer site while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and organized work environment.
• Ensure manifests are complete and accurate.
• Provide timely, accurate and courteous customer service.
