  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools and willingness to learn scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

  • Get hands-on experience learning how major construction project schedules are built, updated, and analyzed to uncover what caused delays.
  • Work with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to explore project timelines and understand how work progressed.
  • Dig into construction schedules, drawings, progress reports, emails, and project records to piece together key facts and identify what happened.
  • Analyze large sets of project data to spot trends and explain why a project finished on, ahead, or behind schedule.
  • Turn research into clear expert reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
