The ideal candidate has 3+ years of civil litigation experience, WA licensure, strong research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills, and the ability to manage cases independently while working with a team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in defense litigation.
• Active license to practice law in Washington; Oregon licensure is a plus.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience handling cases through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and/or trial.
• Ability to independently manage cases while working effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Construction, transportation, insurance defense, products liability, premises liability, or general liability experience is highly valued.
