• Membership in the Washington State Bar is required.
• Experience across many stages of construction contracting and construction litigation including contract negotiation, dispute analysis, motion practice and trial.
• Preferred knowledge of insurance law in the construction context (such as coverage evaluation, tenders, and the legal contours of the relationship between policyholders and their insurers).
