Brown Foundation Repair in Dallas, TX is seeking motivated field leaders to join our team. You’ll supervise crews, ensure safe, high‑quality foundation repair work, and help manage jobs from start to finish.

We specialize in residential foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, drainage, and related home services. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety compliance, and efficient site management on local projects.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in construction.
• General labor experience in construction or working outdoors.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outside on uneven ground.
• Valid driver's license with favorable driving record.
• Drug-free workplace; pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Work as a team to complete jobs in a timely manner.
• Oversee 4-6 crew members, delegate, train, and ensure safety.
• Ensure all foundation repair work is performed in accordance with company and industry standards.
• Jobsite management: examine, and inspect job progress.
• Safely operate company vehicle and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
