Job summary

Olshan Foundation Solutions is currently seeking a Construction Crew Leader to join our team in Little Rock, AR. You will lead a construction crew of 4-6 employees and ensure safety and quality on every project.

This role requires 2-3 years of leadership in construction, prior foundation repair experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors on uneven ground. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, and you must pass a pre-employment drug test and background

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in construction.
• Previous foundation repair experience is required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record.
• Must be 21+ and able to lift 50lbs and work outdoors on uneven ground.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4-6 crew members, delegate, train, and ensure safety.
• Ensure all foundation repair work is performed in accordance with company and industry standards.
• Jobsite management: examine, and inspect job progress.
• Safely operate company equipment.
