Job summary

Sure-Dry Basement Systems, Inc. is hiring for an entry-level construction role in Wisconsin. You’ll join a skilled crew, learn foundation repair, waterproofing, and crawl space work while serving homeowners directly at their homes.

No prior experience required—on-the-job training is provided, with opportunities to grow within a supportive, safety-first team.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical construction work.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 35 lbs continuously.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings (background check, MVR, drug test).

Responsibilities

• Install foundation repair, waterproofing, sump pump, and crawl space systems.
• Work with an experienced crew at customer homes.
