Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Construction Service Crew Member to join the team in Watertown, SD. You will repair and maintain buildings, read blueprints, and support a positive customer experience on-site.

Responsibilities include following safety procedures, performing door, roofing, and siding work, and collaborating with crew members to complete daily tasks. Position requires travel and physical endurance; excellent teamwork is expected.

Qualifications

• Building construction (post-frame) experience preferred (on the job or in school).
• Willingness to participate in and complete a training program.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings safety and construction procedures.
• Read, understand, and build according to construction plans.
• Perform repairs including doors, roofing, siding, and basic masonry where needed.
• Operate hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Adapt to different repairs and weather conditions, including heights up to 40 feet.
• Collaborate with crew to organize materials and daily activities.
