Job Summary

This is a General Labor position responsible for installing erosion control products such as silt fences, inlet protections, and slope matting on residential and commercial sites. The role involves following directions from the Crew Leader, utilizing tools and equipment, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Opportunities for advancement to Crew Leader exist for experienced individuals with clean driving records.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule with Crew Leader.
• Assist in loading materials and preparing trucks each morning.
• Represent Greenrise professionally to clients and homeowners.
• Install erosion control products per specifications and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Meet daily and weekly installation goals.
• Ensure proper care of tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Report incidents or concerns through proper channels.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• High character, honesty, and integrity.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred).
• Experience with erosion control tools and equipment (preferred).
• Experience pulling trailers (preferred).
• Reliable cell phone.
