Position Summary

A Lifescape Crew Member works well with others, is dependable, and takes direction. Responsible for maintaining efficiency, safety monitoring, quality control, and other duties.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Quality Landscape Installation: Assists Foreman and Assistant Foreman on all assigned projects, follows Lifescape’s construction manual, accurately installs projects according to plans and on budget, understands and follows blueprints and plans, loads truck and trailer as needed, performs special duties and projects as assigned.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Follows maintenance procedures for all equipment, checks fluid levels before operating.
• Safety: Attends weekly safety trainings, ensures crew works safely, reports accidents or injuries, and submits paperwork as per company policy.
• Time Management: Works with Foreman to meet project hours budget.
• Snow Crew: Maintains 24-hour on-call status during snow season, operates snow removal equipment, plows, shovels, and applies ice melt.
• Training And Certifications: OSHA-10 or higher (preferred), bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred).
• Qualifications: 1+ years of field experience (preferred), valid driver’s license, basic knowledge in paver installation, irrigation, low voltage lighting, and planting techniques.

Pay Transparency

Mariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees, complying with all applicable laws. The position range is $21 - $25 per hour.
