Position Summary

A Lifescape Crew Member works well with others, is dependable, and takes direction. Responsible for maintaining efficiency, safety, quality control, and other duties.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

1. Assist Foreman and Assistant Foreman on all assigned projects.
2. Follow Lifescape’s construction manual for installation methods.
3. Accurately install projects according to plans and on budget with guidance of Foreman.
4. Understand and follow blueprints, grading plans, irrigation plans, planting plans, construction drawings, proposals, and budgets.
5. Use laser or zip level correctly to understand grades and levels.
6. Load truck and trailer as needed to and from job site/shop.
7. Perform special duties and projects as needed.

Equipment Operation & Maintenance

• Follow maintenance procedures for all equipment.
• Check fluid levels before operating.

Safety

• Attend weekly safety trainings.
• Ensure crew works safely and job sites are safe at all times; anticipate hazards.
• Notify relevant stakeholders of accidents or injuries and submit paperwork per company policy.

Time Management

• Work with Foreman to meet project hours budget.

Snow Crew

• Maintain 24-hour on-call status during snow season.
• Operate snow removal equipment properly.
• Plow, shovel, and apply ice melt in designated areas.

Training And Certifications

• OSHA-10 or higher (preferred).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of field experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with approval from fleet insurance (preferred).
• Basic knowledge in paver installation, irrigation, low voltage lighting, and planting techniques.

Pay Transparency

Mariani Enterprises LLC values pay transparency and equity, complying with all applicable laws. The position range is $21 - $25 per hour.
