Client Growth Resources, Inc. in Addison, Illinois is seeking a Credit & Collections Analyst to handle commercial B2B collections, credit management, and accounts receivable.

The role emphasizes resolving payment issues, evaluating credit risk, and maintaining accurate records in Excel and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have lien waiver knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and be able to work onsite five days per week to support sales and operations in maintaining cash

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in commercial B2B credit and collections.
• Construction lien waiver knowledge OR related construction credit experience.
• Experience managing delinquent commercial accounts and resolving payment disputes.
• Understanding of accounts receivable aging, credit terms, and collection procedures.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and credit or accounting systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Addison, Illinois, five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial B2B collections, representing approximately 90% of the position.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging, delinquent balances, and days sales outstanding (DSO).
• Contact commercial customers to resolve overdue balances and secure payments.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, deductions, and payment disputes.
• Review customer credit information and assist with credit limit decisions.
• Manage credit holds and coordinate order releases.
• Work closely with sales representatives and internal departments to resolve customer account issues.
• Prepare, process, review, or coordinate construction lien waivers and related credit documentation.
• Maintain accurate collection records, customer notes, and follow-up activity.
• Utilize credit and collections software, ERP systems, and Excel.
