Job summary

Talent With Heart in Addison, IL is seeking a Credit & Collections Analyst to manage commercial B2B collections and credit risk. The role focuses on resolving payment issues, accounts receivable aging, and credit decisions while coordinating lien waivers and related documentation.

The position is full-time, on site, with compensation of $26–$34.50/hour plus bonus potential. Strong Excel and ERP system experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in commercial B2B credit and collections.
• Construction lien waiver knowledge or related construction credit experience.
• Experience managing delinquent commercial accounts and resolving payment disputes.
• Understanding of accounts receivable aging, credit terms, and collection procedures.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and credit or accounting systems.
• Ability to work onsite in Addison, Illinois, five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial B2B collections (~90% of duties).
• Monitor accounts receivable aging, delinquent balances, and DSO.
• Contact commercial customers to resolve overdue balances and collect payments.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and disputes.
• Review customer credit information and assist with credit limits.
• Manage credit holds and coordinate order releases.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare/coordinate construction lien waivers and related credit documentation.
• Maintain accurate collection records and follow-up activity.
• Utilize credit software, ERP systems, and Excel.
