The position is 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, with a compensation range of $26–$34.50/hour and annual equivalent of $54,080–$71,760, plus bonus potential. Urgently hiring for a permanent, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in commercial B2B credit and collections.
• Construction lien waiver knowledge OR related construction credit experience.
• Experience managing delinquent commercial accounts and resolving payment disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial B2B collections representing ~90% of the role.
• Monitor A/R aging, delinquent balances, andDSO.
• Contact commercial customers to resolve overdue balances and secure payments.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies, deductions, and payment disputes.
• Review customer credit information and assist with credit limits.
• Manage credit holds and coordinate order releases.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare and coordinate lien waivers and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate collection records and follow-up activity.
• Use credit/collections software, ERP systems, and Excel.
