Job summary

Teichert is seeking a Credit Analyst I to support the credit and collections workflow, manage customer accounts, and ensure accurate billing and payment application. The role partners with project teams to collect receivables, prepare lien waivers, and maintain compliant credit records.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in commercial credit, familiarity with construction industry practices, and proficiency in Vista ERP, Excel, and ten-key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years in a commercial credit environment.
• Knowledge of construction industry is a plus.
• CBA designation from NACM or ability to obtain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection of construction receivables and monitor payment status.
• Set up new customers and job accounts in Vista ERP.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with Project Accounting, Finance, Contracts and other departments.
• Prepare lien waivers and assist with monthly billing packages.
