Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience leading credit/accounts receivable strategies of at least $100 million
• Experience in credit scoring systems
• Experience supervising others
• Pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background investigation
• Current on all company required safety and regulatory training
• Excellent understanding of construction and materials industries

Responsibilities

• Develops and oversees credit and accounts receivable strategies for the organization.
• Organizes and leads cross-functional teams to implement and monitor credit initiatives.
• Prepares timely reports related to status of credit and collections.
• Determines amount of credit to be extended and reserves against bad debts.
• Supervises and approves adjustment of customer claims with sales.
• Interacts with credit reporting agencies and external lenders as needed.
• Builds partnerships with internal clients and improves customer satisfaction metrics.
• Oversees productivity and professional growth of staff.
