ACCIONA is seeking a Craft Recruiter for the SR400 Express Lanes project in Georgia. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for construction craft roles, from posting ads and screening resumes to interviewing and extending offers, while building partnerships with field leaders to maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, a high school diploma, and knowledge of OFCCP compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume, full-cycle craft recruiting experience.
• HS diploma required; degree in HR/Business preferred.
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance and employment laws.
• Strong network of trade schools, unions, and craft sources.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment for construction craft roles end-to-end.
• Draft job ads, review resumes, interview candidates, issue offers.
• Maintain relationships with field leaders and managers to forecast hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline across service lines.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and recordkeeping.
