Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Craft Recruiter to partner with HRBP and lead full-cycle recruitment for construction craft roles across a major infrastructure project in Georgia. You will source, screen, and hire drivers, welders, foremen, superintendents, and other key positions, building a robust pipeline for ongoing needs.

Work closely with field leaders to understand skill requirements, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive efficient processes while contributing to ACCIONA's commitment to safety

Qualifications

• High-volume, full-cycle craft recruiting experience in highway/construction/infrastructure.
• High school diploma required; degree in HR/Business preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws, OFCCP compliance, and trade-school networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process for construction craft roles from drafting ads to offers.
• Collaborate with field leaders and managers to understand hiring needs and build a strong talent network.
• Maintain talent pipelines via job boards, trade partners, and industry associations.
