ACCIONA is hiring a Craft Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for construction craft roles on the SR400 Express Lanes Project in Georgia. You will draft job ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and extend offers using the ATS, while partnering with field leaders to understand required skills and timelines.

You will maintain a talent pipeline, participate in career fairs near project sites, perform background checks, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle craft recruitment for construction/highway projects.
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance and employment laws.
• Strong network with trade schools, unions, and craft talent sources.
