Job summary

You will process orders, quote prices, and provide product guidance to walk-in and remote customers, while identifying upsell opportunities and maintaining product knowledge. The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with a team.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, in-store setting.
• Ability to identify customer needs and upsell opportunities.
• Experience with sales order systems or ERP platforms (Oracle or similar).
• Knowledge of construction/industrial product lines or quick learning of product applications.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers.
• Processes orders, quotes prices, enters orders, and provides order information; pulls orders as required.
• Offers product features, benefits, and warranty information to customers.
• Upsells by identifying related products and promotions; resolves customer questions.
