Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction, industrial, or contractor-focused product lines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and follow-up.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building. Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will call customers.
• Processes orders, quotes prices, enters orders, and provides order information.
