Job summary

APIC Solutions is seeking a Project Cost Coordinator to join our Operations team in Albuquerque, NM. You will manage accounts payable, purchase orders, and credit card transactions, ensuring accurate coding and timely processing within our ERP system and project cost platforms.

This role offers exposure to construction costing and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve project profitability and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Experience with MS Excel and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review invoices for completeness and approvals.
• Code invoices to correct company, job, phase code, department, and expense account.
• Maintain open PO records and support project cost tracking.
• Enter and maintain transactions in the ERP system with high accuracy.
