Job summary

Hodess Cleanroom Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the company's full AP function in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. You will manage invoice processing, vendor and subcontractor payments, and ensure accurate coding to jobs and GL accounts.

The role requires CMiC and Sage proficiency, strong internal controls, and collaboration with Project Management, Purchasing, Operations, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive AP experience in construction or project-based industries.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office.
• Hands-on CMiC and Sage knowledge preferred.
• Ability to manage high-volume invoice processing with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt through payment.
• Oversee high-volume vendor, subcontractor, and general expense invoices.
• Ensure proper coding, approvals, and documentation.
• Maintain strong internal controls and assist month-end close.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Purchasing, Operations, and Finance.
