Broadband Telecom Services, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Construction Coordinator to assist the Construction Manager by updating project statuses and invoices using Penguin Data.

The role emphasizes maintaining a professional environment and delivering accurate data entry and reporting. You will serve as the client liaison, communicate issues to the Construction Manager, process construction invoices and purchase orders, and support payroll and other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of telecommunications industry.
• Effective communication skills & ability to work well with others.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes quickly.
• Ability to maintain accurate record keeping.
• Bilingual is preferred (English required).
• Proficient computer skills with using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate data entry in the client system and Penguin Data
• Serve as a liaison with the client (Construction) – keep Construction Manager informed of all issues or challenges
• Maintaining a professional work environment
• Providing excellent client & customer service with professional communication skills
• Processing & reconciling construction invoices and purchase orders
• Assist with processing construction payroll
• Communicate needs and concerns to Construction Manager
• Perform paperwork & reporting requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager and provide general assistance to other employees as directed
