Job summary

LOGZONE, Inc. in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Construction Coordinator Support to assist in coordinating utility outages for Minor and Major projects on a government contract.

You will review outage requests, attend outage meetings, and coordinate with FACILITIES MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT, the operations and maintenance contractor, construction contractor, NAVFAC, Army Corps of Engineers, and hospital staff, delivering weekly outage reports and completing required site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering field OR 8 years of construction or engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and execution of utility outages for Minor and Major projects.
• Review utility outage requests for completeness and accuracy
• Attend and participate in all utility outage meetings
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to include FACILITIES MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT, the operations and maintenance contractor, construction contractor, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Army Corps of Engineers, and the Hospital Staff
• Provide weekly utility outage reports
• Required site visits
