Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering field.
• 8 years of construction or engineering experience may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and execution of utility outages for Minor and Major projects.
• Review utility outage requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Attend and participate in all utility outage meetings.
• Coordinate with FACILITIES MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT, the operations and maintenance contractor, construction contractor, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Army Corps of Engineers, and Hospital Staff.
• Provide weekly utility outage reports.
• Required site visits.
