LOGZONE, Inc. seeks qualified candidates for a multi-disciplinary role supporting Project Management, Construction Management, and Quality Assurance on a government contract in San Diego, CA.

The position involves scheduling, progress reviews, documentation, and coordination with government personnel across minor and major projects. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering or 8 years of relevant experience, plus site visits and strong attention to contract compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering, or 8 years of construction or engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with work scheduling, production control, progress reviews, submittal reviews, and coordination activities of ongoing Minor and Major projects
• Provide weekly status reports of ongoing Minor and Major projects
• Attend meetings at the government's request
• Assist with the monitoring, inspection, and documentation of ongoing Minor and Major projects
• Monitor and inspect ongoing Minor and Major Projects to assure compliance with the contract requirements and all health and safety requirements
• conduct daily inspections of active Minor and Major Infection Control Containments
• review and inspect Minor and Major Projects to ensure that all project milestones and deliverables are in accordance with the contract requirements
• assist the Government with obtaining base access for all project contractors
• assist with the project turnover and closeout process for the collection of closeout documentation, keys, spare parts, operations and maintenance manuals, record drawings, equipment tag name plate data and field labeling, and adequate signage
• provide weekly quality assurance and project oversight reports of ongoing Minor and Major Projects
• Required site visits
