Job summary

LOGZONE, Inc. is seeking a Planning and Design Management Support for Major Projects in San Diego, CA, to support government contracts valued over $250,000. The role focuses on developing comprehensive planning documentation and coordinating with NMCSan Diego.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Facilities Maintenance to identify project needs, prioritize initiatives, and provide regular status reports. Site visits and government meetings are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop planning documents including SOWs, work scopes, project plans, phasing plans, relocation plans, design specifications, RFPs, and cost estimates for Major Projects.
• Consult with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego staff to develop planning documents.
• Identify the need for new projects and prioritize the severity of new projects with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego staff.
• Provide weekly reports of new projects identified.
• Attend meetings at the government's request.
• Required site visits.

LOGZONE is seeking a Planning and Design Management Support for Major Projects (>$250,000) for a government contract in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop planning documents, including, but not limited to, statements of work, work scopes, project plans, phasing plans, relocation plans, design specifications, Requests for Proposal, and cost estimates for a variety of Major Projects
• Consults with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego Staff to develop the planning documents
• Consults with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego Staff to identify the need for new projects and to prioritize the severity of new projects
• Provides weekly reports of new projects identified
• Attends meetings at the governments request
• Required site visits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering field OR
• 8 years of construction or engineering experience
