Job summary

LOGZONE is seeking a Planning and Design Management Support professional for Minor Projects under $250,000 for a government contract in San Diego, CA. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering field OR
• 8 years of construction or engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop planning documents including statements of work, work scopes, project plans, phasing, relocation plans, design specs, RFPs and cost estimates.
• Consult with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego staff to develop planning documents.
• Identify the need for new projects and prioritize their severity in coordination with stakeholders.
• Provide weekly reports of new projects identified.
• Attend meetings as requested by the government.
• Conduct required site visits.
