Responsibilities

• Develop planning documents including statements of work, work scopes, project plans, phasing, relocation plans, design specs, RFPs and cost estimates.
• Consult with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego staff to develop planning documents.
• Identify the need for new projects and prioritize their severity in coordination with stakeholders.
• Provide weekly reports of new projects identified.
• Attend meetings as requested by the government.
• Conduct required site visits.

• develop planning documents, including, but not limited to, statements of work, work scopes, project plans, phasing plans, relocation plans, design specifications, Requests for Proposal, and cost estimates for a variety of Minor Projects
• Consults with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego Staff to develop the planning documents
• Consults with Facilities Maintenance Department and Naval Medical Center San Diego Staff to identify the need for new projects and to prioritize the severity of new projectsi>
• Provides weekly reports of new projects identified
