Qualifications

• Experience in construction accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficient in WIP reporting, job costing, and construction billing.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations: GL, AP/AR, cash flow.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting.
• Manage construction accounting: WIP, job costing, AIA billing, percent-of-completion.
