A respected construction and engineering contractor is seeking a Controller to lead the accounting functions. This direct-hire position requires strong skills in construction accounting and management of full-cycle accounting. With a competitive salary range of $100K–$130K plus a 5%+ annual bonus, this role offers true autonomy and the chance to work closely with the CEO. Since this is an on-site position in Fairfield County, CT, only local candidates will be considered.

This is a direct-hire Controller role where you’ll work directly with the CEO/Owner and fully own the accounting function.
