Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred but not required.
• 7+ years as Controller or equivalent.
• Construction industry experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal control policies for budget, cash, and accounting.
• Direct financial planning, budgeting, procurement, or investment activities.
• Prepare financial information and statements for regulatory and management use.
• Advise management on short- and long-term financial objectives and actions.
• Communicate with boards, bankers, and investors; may host board presentations.
