Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA preferred but not mandatory.
• 7+ years as Controller or equivalent in a construction-related setting.
• Experience with QuickBooks and NetSuite; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop GAAP and internal control policies for budgeting, cash management, and accounting.
• Direct financial planning, budgeting, procurements, and investment activities.
• Prepare financial statements and position forecasts for regulatory reporting.
• Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Advise management on short- and long-term financial objectives and risks.
