Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in construction.
• CPA or other designation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting, WIP, and job costing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors, CPA firms, and banks.
• Ensure accurate job-cost reporting and project profitability.
• Guide governance of payroll, AP/AR, and cash flow.
