Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar construction-focused role for midsize firms up to $200-500M.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with construction payroll platforms and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor accounting professionals to ensure high-quality work.
• Manage general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and collections.
• Prepare timely financial statements and management reports.
• Collaborate with departments on budgets, forecasts, and financial goals.
