Qualifications

• Manage review, preparation, routing, and finalization of construction contracts and related agreement packages.
• Review redlines and contract language to identify concerns, deviations, and items requiring legal counsel involvement.
• Coordinate contract documentation, signatures, deadlines, records, and project team communication.
• Support vendor documentation, onboarding, licensing verification, and contract compliance workflows.
• At least five years of experience as a paralegal, contract administrator, contract manager, or similar construction industry contracts role.
• Required hands-on experience with AIA/DBIA construction agreements and master agreements.
• Experience reviewing, redlining, and comparing contract documents with strong judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high volume of agreements, competing deadlines, and project priorities with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, document comparison tools, redlining tools, and database or document management systems.
• Strong written communication, organizational skills, follow-through, and ability to partner effectively with Legal, Accounting, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize construction agreements, including AIA/DBIA documents, owner contracts, master agreements, exhibits, and related contract documentation.
• Review contract redlines, identify deviations from approved terms, and elevate complex legal or risk concerns to counsel when appropriate.
• Coordinate Guaranteed Maximum Price amendments, signatures, contract records, document routing, and deadline tracking to support active construction projects.
• Serve as a contract resource for project teams regarding document requirements, agreement status, signature progress, and compliance needs.
• Support vendor onboarding, prequalification, licensing verification, contract compliance, and documentation issues that may impact payments or project timelines.
• Maintain organized records in Procore, DocuSign, internal databases, and related document management systems.
