Qualifications
- 5+ years of law firm experience OR 3+ years in-house experience managing contract review.
- Experience reviewing subcontract agreements is highly preferred.
- Construction industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review, redline, and negotiate construction and subcontract agreements.
- Identify contractual risks and clarify ambiguous provisions.
- Coordinate licensing renewals with multiple departments.
- Maintain organized legal records and contract management.
- Draft employment and licensing agreements.
- Support insurance claims processing and compliance activities.
