Job summary

Airo Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Contracts Analyst/Construction Paralegal for an on-site role in Mooresville, NC. You will review, redline, and negotiate construction contracts and support compliance matters across departments.

Responsibilities include drafting agreements, managing licensing renewals, insurance claims, and litigation support with counsel. Notary licensure is preferred or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in a law firm or 3+ years’ experience in-house managing contract review/negotiation.
• Experience in construction industry and subcontract agreements preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills; compliant with legal documentation and processes.
• Notary licensure held or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and negotiate subcontract agreements with attorney and construction team.
• Support Procore and Salesforce for legal/compliance documentation and records.
• Draft and negotiate employment and licensing agreements; ensure compliance with state requirements.
• Manage licensing renewals; coordinate with finance and HR for timely processing.
• Assist across departments with legal-related needs to support growth and compliance.
• Coordinate implementation of legal/compliance processes for efficiency.
• Review incident reports, update insurance claims tracking, and monitor processing.
• Support insurance renewals, processing, and record keeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
