AIRO Mechanical, LLC in Mooresville, NC seeks a Contracts Analyst/Construction Paralegal to review, redline, and negotiate construction contracts while supporting compliance programs. This in-office role collaborates with multiple departments to align contract management with business objectives.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification and 5+ years in law firms or 3+ years in-house, with experience in construction subs preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field; or demonstrated equivalent experience (i.e., Paralegal Certificate).
• 5+ years’ experience in a law firm or 3+ years’ experience in-house at a company managing and/or facilitating the contract review and negotiation process.
• Experience in or with the construction industry and an understanding of subcontract agreements is preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, familiarity with legal documentation and compliance processes, proficiency with MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and negotiate subcontract agreements with attorney and construction team assistance.
• Support Procore and Salesforce for legal and compliance documentation and records.
• Draft and negotiate employment and licensing agreements with license holders, ensuring compliance.
• Manage licensing renewals and coordinate with finance and HR for timely processing.
• Support across departments with legal-related assistance as needed for growth and compliance.
