Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing full lifecycle of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with Virginia, DC and Maryland contract language implications.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills in contract-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain client proposal and vendor contract templates for 3 operating businesses.
• Coordinate with attorney, leadership, purchasing team, vendor relations, third party attorney and internal buyers to improve contract processes.
• Focus on expediting contract administration, negotiation and execution with critical controls.
• Implement automation and AI into contract review processes to increase efficiency.
